Interlube offers automatic lubrication systems for mobile applications from class 4 to class 8 vehicles and trailers. Automatic lubrication saves on man hours to lubricate a chassis, reduces down time due to component failure from lack of lubrication, maintains the ideal handling conditions of a new vehicle, and also increases vehicle productivity. Interlube AC series of pumps offers a unique approach to automatic lubrication. All injectors are mounted to a radial manifold and as an internal camshaft rotates, the injectors dispense a small amount of grease to the lubrication point. The system is applying small amounts of grease at a more frequent interval, as compared to manual lubrication, while the chassis points are in motion. System provides that ideal condition for lubrication, “small amounts of grease often,” to keep contaminants out and fresh grease in. All systems are self-contained so finding space on vehicle for manifolds and timers is eliminated. Four models are available from 1 liter to 6 liter reservoirs. Interlube automatic lubrication systems coupled with Filtakleen by-pass oil filter systems should be part of a vehicle “uptime” program to extend vehicle life and extend maintenance intervals.
