November 2010SHARCC™ (Systems Helping Advance and Reinforce Construction Contractors) software was originally developed in 1997 for a private concrete contractor in the Phoenix, Arizona, market. Providing services in the residential, land development, and commercial markets, this business management software was designed to provide the tools and information required for them to build a sustainable business in a flourishing environment that allowed for consistent annual growth. In 2006, UEVEN, LLC was formed and made this same powerful software available to the public. In 2008, UEVEN released a cutting edge, patent-pending, time and attendance application that stepped away from key FOBs, badges, and key codes, giving clients a new sense of security and reliability. SHARCC™ Time & Attendance uses GPS coordinates to verify the employee is on the job by requiring biometric identification to clock-in and out of customizable work tasks.
In 2009, UEVEN unveiled SHARCC™ Atrack, a tracking system which allows designated personnel the ability to remotely view real-time data indicating the specific task an employee or crew is currently performing, how many hours they have spent on that task, their driving route to and from the jobsite, and other key information. This new Web-based product works in conjunction with SHARCC™ Time & Attendance and provides functionality from any location at any time.
Recently, UEVEN has updated the software to include the ability to track equipment and materials. Spreadsheets and notepads are with software that adds efficiencies to these new areas of management by reducing downtime, inventory shrinkage, schedule disruption, and many more of the time and money parasites that have plagued these functions in the past.
