November 2010Patented “LARRY LUGS” BOLT-ON DRIVE LUGS. Don’t throw away your track due to missing drive lugs. Larry Lugs are heavy duty lugs that bolt onto the track in place of rubber lugs that have broken, worn, or delaminated off the track, extending its life. These revolutionary lugs will outlive the track itself. Ten minutes to install in the field or shop without removing the track. Larry Lugs can replace all the original lugs on a track. When the life of the track is finished, remove the Larry Lugs and reinstalled on different tracks.
FRONT/REAR IDLER & BOGIE WHEELS. Heavy Duty aluminum alloy wheels made to withstand daily use of your multi-terrain loader in several different terrains with little or no wear on the wheel itself compared to the original plastic/rubber wheels. Wheels will wear evenly over time where rubber/plastic wheels wear out on the inner/outer sides taking the look of a bicycle tire and wearing a groove into the track. Bair Product’s alloy wheels will not have “chunks or will be split” like the rubber OEM Wheels. Some wheels come with Grease fittings into the wheel to help keep bearings lubricated at all times saving the operator down time from having to stop work and repack bearings as often.
SPROCKET INNER & OUTER SLEEVE TUBES. The friction of the metal inner/outer OEM sprocket sleeves wear both parts out quickly causing the consumer to keep replacing both parts. Bair’s Outer Sleeve tube is a non-metal tube that is “naturally slippery” against the inner metal sleeve and will not wear out the inner sleeve, saving money and repair time also adding additional life to both parts.
BAIR CLAWS - ICE/SNOW TRACTION ENHANCERS. Stop spinning your tracks/wheels. These little carbide cuties are prefect for ice or hard packed snow. Each “claw” is removable and reusable as needed.
